Tasks

• Creation and review of labels based on current specifications in various languages
• Preparation and maintenance of product specifications in accordance with EU legislation as well as customer-specific requirements
• Subject matter contact for internal departments such as Production, Customer Service, Product Management and Logistics
• Maintenance and updating of process documentation, as well as management of spreadsheets containing specific requirements for individual countries or customers

Skills

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the food sector; professional experience in food law, declaration, specification management or label management is an advantage
• Independent, precise and structured way of working, combined with enjoyment of teamwork
• High level of resilience, commitment and flexibility, with the willingness to continuously develop
• Confident use of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
