Recruiting & HR Operations Specialist (f/m/d)

Tasks
- Publishing and maintaining job postings on internal and external platforms
- Organizing interview appointments and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining and updating candidate data in the applicant tracking system
- Preparing contracts, offers, and other legally relevant HR documents (contract administration)
- Communicating with candidates throughout the entire recruiting process
- Organizing, coordinating, and providing administrative support for job and career fairs
- Preparing regular reports and analyzing relevant recruiting metrics
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies
Skills
- First practical experience in the HR environment, ideally in recruiting or HR administration
- Strong organizational skills combined with a structured and reliable working style
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident and empathetic personality with strong communication and service orientation
- Hands-on mentality, high level of initiative, and strong team spirit
- Confident user of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage

The minimum salary for this position is €3,383.43 gross per month based on a full-time position (38.5 hours per week). Significant overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
