As a Global HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our people strategy.
You will closely partner with senior leaders across regions to support organizational growth, develop talent, and execute impactful HR initiatives. The role combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery across a broad range of HR topics.
Tasks
- Partner with global leaders to turn ambitious business goals into people initiatives that fuel growth and high performance
- Elevate talent and leadership by supporting Talent Management with impactful development, succession, and performance initiatives
- Drive transformation and lead change projects that strengthen agility and operational scalability
- Boost employee engagement and performance culture through targeted, high‑impact HR actions
- Optimize HR operations with smart processes and data‑driven insights that enable fast, effective decision‑making
- Deliver hands‑on HR support to keep daily operations running smoothly across all regions
Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international, fast‑paced environment
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent management, organizational development, change management, and project leadership
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in day‑to‑day HR topics
- Knowledge of Austrian and/or German labor law is an advantage
- Fluent in English; German appreciated

The minimum salary for this position is € 3.930,48 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours). We offer a compensation package that significantly reflects your skills and experience.
