The successful candidate will work closely with the CIO and other senior leaders to support and enhance our technology strategy and operations. In this role you oversee the company’s entire IT project portfolio. The ideal candidate will be able to set strategic priorities, allocate resources effectively, and maximize the value of IT investments. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical skills as well as assertiveness and diplomatic skills.
Tasks
- Assist the CIO in developing and implementing Digital & IT strategies that support the overall business objectives
- Manage the entire Digital & IT project portfolio, including evaluating and prioritizing new projects in terms of business case, budget & resource requirements
- Manage and oversee key Digital & IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop and implement portfolio management processes and best practices
- Conduct risk analyses and develop risk mitigation strategies for the portfolio
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective resource allocation
- Create regular reports and presentations for senior management on the status and performance of the portfolio
- Collaborate with various departments to identify and address their digital needs.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic planning.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and licenses
- Support IT internal and external IT audits
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Digital & IT department
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- At least 3 years experience in IT management, preferably with a proven track record in project und program management
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate diplomatically with different stakeholders
- Business mindset, relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The minimum salary for this position is € 3,354,68 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours). A significant overpayment in line with your qualifications and experience is a matter of course for us.
