RENTAL SALES MANAGER

Place of work: Austria, Salzburg Airport

Working hours: Full-time employment (40 hours a week)

Our company is a multinational car rental company affiliated with an International Franchise network. Our team is constantly expanding, and we are looking for staff members with or without experience to work in a new project next to Salzburg Airport, as a Rental Sales Agent.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Fluent English and German language
• Nice and enthusiastic personality, empathy, problem-solving, gentleness, accuracy, reliability, excellent customer care skills with strong communication abilities
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office
• High school diploma (secondary school)

Main tasks:

Serve clients at the counter, informing clients about rental conditions and available services, selling products over the counter, rental contracts administration, data management in fleet managing system, payment administration. Taking back the cars from the renters. Damage administration, photography and documentation of the damage, deficiencies and other losses. Preparing cars for next rental. Daily vehicle inventory. On an occasional basis, site arrangement, moving vehicles between parking areas, and handling the logistics of the vehicles.

What we offer:

• Gross 2.082 Euros/month salary (13th and 14th-month salaries)
