Our company is one of the leading players in the investment goods sector, with corporate headquarters in Austria and subsidiaries in ten other European countries. For our company in Ljubljana, we are currently seeking a MANAGING DIRECTOR for the areas of SALES and AFTER SALES.
Your primary duties will include:
+ responsibility for revenue, costs, profit and for all sales activities – such as
++ strategy development and implementation
++ personal acquisition and support of key accounts
++ management and control of sales staff
++ optimisation of sales and service structures
+ monitoring and collection of receivables
+ ensuring a close collaboration with the corporate headquarters in Austria and the manufacturing companies
Your background:
+ practical experience in a similar role within the investment goods sector (e. g. construction machinery, truck business , agricultural machinery, etc.)
+ contacts with companies in the Slovenian construction industry
+ good English language skills (written and spoken)
+ target- and results-oriented management style
+ hands-on-mentality
+ excellent communications skills
