Manager Brand Marketing and Communication

Your contribution
As the Manager, Brand Marketing and Communication, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy. You will manage key brand experiences, coordinate flagship tradeshows, and ensure brand compliance across various channels. You will also oversee relationships with external suppliers, including agencies and our third-party brand store provider, and create compelling content to support our marketing initiatives. Your strategic vision and creativity will help drive our brand to new heights.
Responsibilities
- Customer experience and event management: Strategically plan and oversee the execution of tailored customer experiences, including global flagship tradeshows to enhance brand presence.
- Brand governance: Ensure compliance with and development of corporate brand guidelines, including managing publication approval processes.
- Vendor and resource management: Supervise the operations of the Brand Store and oversee relationships with third-party providers, ensuring stock meets business needs, including ESG criteria.
- Content strategy: Lead the creation and dissemination of high-quality content across the Tecan Journal, social media, Tecan intranet, and other marketing channels, in collaboration with the businesses and owners of communication channels.
- Resource optimization: Drive improvements in internal resources such as our MediaBank, PowerPoint Library and Brand Portal to support brand consistency and effectiveness.
Your background

- A degree in business administration or marketing.
- 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing and communication in a supporting role.
- Experience in executing corporate campaigns (internal and/or external communications) and agency management.
- Training or experience in brand management and Hubspot applications and inbound marketing.
- Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent (including basic video editing) experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
- Strong knowledge and passion for brand communications and customer-oriented activities.
- Excellent communication skills, flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Highly creative, detail-focused and able to deliver results in line with predefined timelines and requirements.
